The process of discharge measurement with vessel-mounted ADCP can determin the accuracy of results.Therefore,it has to control the whole process from the installation and correction of instruments to parameter setting and implementation of measurement in accordance with Code for Discharge Measurement of Acoustic Doppler Current.This paper illustrated the issues existing in the installation and correction of the instruments and explained the reason,aiming at improving the accuracy of discharge measurement through controlling each link of the process.
