激光法颗粒级配转换方法初步研究

摘要 激光粒度分布仪基于激光衍射原理,其成果为体积法级配;传统粒吸结合法基于静水沉降原理,其成果为重量法。两级配分析成果差异较大,相关性弱,难以采用概化的综合相关公式相互进行转换。为了保持与传统颗粒级配分析成果的一致性和连续性,提出了分河段、分沙型,建立标准样本库的离散转换方法;其转换成果精度符合规范要求,为激光法颗粒级配转换提供了参考依据。 Laser particle size distribution analyzer works by the principle of laser diffraction,the result is volume particle size distribution;the traditional method works by hydrostatic settlement principles,the result is the weight particle size distribution.Two kinds of results are quite different,correlation is poor,the integrated correlation fonnula to convert each other is very difficult.In order to maintain the laser method and the traditional method of sediment particle size distribution analysis results of the consistency and continuity,this paper proposed a river,sand-based standard sample database method of discrete conversion equation;accuracy of the conversion results are in line with regulatory requirement,providing the main technical reference for laser volume particle size distribution conversion.
