摘要
从主体功能和构建思路方面介绍了以水资源配置模型为核心的长江流域水资源管理与决策支持系统。该系统包括水资源信息查询与管理、水资源配置、水量调度和水质污染应急模拟四个子系统,目前已在汉江流域得到了初步应用。重点介绍了汉江流域水资源配置模型的构建原理、步骤和方法;结合三峡以上水资源总量控制研究项目,提出了三峡以上水资源配置模型的建模思路;提出了汉江流域水资源配置模型存在问题和进一步应用研究的展望。
This paper introduced the main function of the water resources management and decision-making support system for the Yangtze River Basin,which is based on water resources allocation model.The whole system consists of four subsystems:water resources information inquiry and management subsystem,water resources allocation subsystem,water control subsystem and water pollution emergency simulation subsystem.The system has been initially applied in the Hanjiang River Basin.This paper focused on the theory,procedures and methods of the water resources allocation model for the Hanjiang River Basin.Based on the control total water quantity project for the area above the Three Gorges,this paper put forward construction ideas of water resources allocation model for the area above Three Gorges.Finally,this paper pointed out the existing problems of the Hanjiang River Basin water resources allocation model,and put forward prospects of water resources model for future research and application.
