摘要
文章分析了股票期权的激励原理,并对传统薪酬体系与股票期权方案下经营者面对新项目时的不同决策行为进行了比较,得出经营者股票期权的正确运用在一定程度上可以保证新项目的实施,从而增强企业的创新能力。
The paper firstly analyses the incentive principle of stock option, then makes comparison of different incentive principles between traditional salary system and manager stock option in process of decision-making of new project,and draws the conclusion that the sound utilization of manager stock option can promote the implementation of new project, accordingly strengthen the corporation's innovation ability.
