The article analyzed the influence and performance in management execution shortage in our business enterprise,and inquired into the reason of the execution shortage. Finally, it put forward relevant suggestions and countermeasures. To establish a good management mechanism and the team of management, clear and definite the right and the duty and the behalf of the management layer in order to manage the positive between layer and workers, thus increasing business enterprise management execution, is an important means to make business enterprise strengthen.
