摘要
文章简要介绍流媒体及点播系统在科普网实现的关键技术,阐述了运用流媒体技术在地震科普网搭建地震科普点播系统的实现方法。通过应用实例表明,该技术的运用拓宽了科普知识宣传的渠道,有益于社会公众及时了解更全面的、最新的防震减灾科普知识。
This paper briefly introduces the key technologies of streaming media and video-on-demand system in popular science network.The realization method of the construction of popular earthquake science video-on-demand system on the popular earthquake science network by streaming media technology is elaborated.The application example shows that of the technology broadens the propaganda channel of popular science knowledge.It is useful to the public to know more comprehensive,the latest earthquake disaster mitigation popular science knowledge in time.
