浅谈山西省地震行政执法工作

Administrative Law Enforcement Work of Earthquake in Shanxi Province

山西省地震行政执法工作通过完善执法管理制度、开展地震法制宣传、查处地震违法案件、监督地震执法行为等方式,有力地促进了山西省防震减灾事业的发展,但仍存在着不足之处。文章对山西省地震行政执法工作的现状和存在的不足进行分析,提出相关建议。

The administrative law enforcement work of earthquake in Shanxi Province has perfect law enforcement management system.By carrying out earthquake legal publicity,dealing with illegal cases about earthquake and monitoring enforcement behavior,the cause of earthquake disaster mitigation in Shanxi province is promoted strongly.But there are still shortcomings.Based on the analysis of the present situation and problems of the administrative law enforcement of earthquake in Shanxi Province,some related suggestions are puts forward in the paper.
