摘要
根据黄河上游梯级水电站特点,面对梯级水电站发电、防洪、防凌、灌溉等综合利用的矛盾,对如何充分发挥黄河上游梯级水电站联合调度,化解各种矛盾,提高综合利用效益从不同的调度期进行了论述,期望能对同类梯级水电站运行起到借鉴。
According to the characteristics of the Yellow River upstream cascade hydroelectric power station and the contradiction existed in comprehensive utilization of hydroelectric power station electricity generation,flood prevention,guarding against ice-run and irrigation contradiction,how to fully display the union dispatch of Yellow River upstream cascade hydroelectric power station to dispose the contradiction and enhance the comprehensive utilization benefit is discussed in the different dispatch time.It is expected to supply reference to the operation of the similar cascade hydroelectric power station.
