摘要
根据EEGI的发展历程,介绍和讨论欧盟框架内确定的欧洲电网发展所面临的主要挑战、R&I的相关领域、未来的长期战略和短期计划。EEGI从理论研究、工具开发、试点项目到具体实施等方面有序地进行欧洲电网发展的R&I,在合适的时机实施合适的研发项目,以便有效地达到长期目标的思路,对我国电网发展有一定的参考价值。
Based on the EEGI development,this paper introduces and discusses the main challenges of the European power grid development within the EU's(European Union,EU) framework,the relevant R&I(research and innovation)areas,and its long-term strategies and short-term plans for future. EEGI progressively initiates R&I activities about the methodology, the tool development, pilot projects and the implementation of the European Grid development,which is of significant reference value for Chinese grid development.
