摘要
作为电网线损精细化工作的基础,负荷测录仪目前已在上海市不少地区的10 kV杆变和部分箱变推广开来,在分析了负荷测录仪的故障原因的基础上,对由于错误接线引起的台区线损的异常情况进行还原,并结合三相不平衡度和功率因数情况对线损进行矫正,为窃电重灾区的定位提供了判断依据,对于正确判断窃电重灾区有着一定的现实意义。
As the basis of the fine management for the power grid line loss,the load recording meter has been popularized in many places in Shanghai in the pole-transformer and parts of the box-transformer for 10 kV. Based on the analysis of the load recording meter fault causes,this paper restores the area line loss rate anomalies caused by wrong wiring,and then corrects the line loss rate according to the three-phase imbalance degree and the power factor. It provides the judgment basis for locating the area which suffers most from electric larceny.
