摘要
介绍了同一时段内火电机组按照等微增率准则进行负荷的优化分配的原理,提出了利用储能设备平衡不同时段的微增率以达到火电机组的出力平稳,机组运行最佳的目的。并基于PowerWorld用IEEE14节点的例子对不同时段等微增率准则的经济性作出了证明。
This paper,firstly,introduces the theory of load optimizing assignment by which the load is assigned to the thermal power generating units of the same period by the equal incremental principle. Secondly the paper proposes that the incremental rate of different periods can be balanced by using the energy storage equipment to obtain the smooth output of the generating unit so that the generating unit can operate under the best conditions. Finally,based on PowerWorld software,the paper proves the principle and algorithm by 10 units of the IEEE 14 system. The results show that the optimality conditions and algorithm mentioned in this paper can solve the constraint conditions.
