摘要
针对城市中压配电网存在的供电瓶颈以及未考虑多电压等级协同供电不足的问题,构建了配电系统供电能力计算模型,在配电网供电能力计算模型的基础上构建配电网典型供电模型。通过分析主变N-1原则校验及过载主变负荷二次转供过程,得到主变所能提供的最大负荷以及不同典型供电模型下的主变出线数、站间所需联络点数、主变和线路负载率等网络供电能力关键指标,给出了城市中压配电网的最大供电能力,并制定典型供电方案,通过具体技术指标来指导配电网规划建设工作。
In view of the power supply bottleneck and lack of coordination of multiply voltage levels which exist in the urban medium-voltage distribution system,this paper builds a power supply capacity calculation model,and based on the calcula-tion model,a typical power supply model of the distribution system is built. On the basis of a thorough analysis of the main transformer N-1 calibration and the process of the second load transfer when the main transformer is overloaded,the key indexes of the power supply capacity such as the maximum load and the number of the feeders the main transformer can provide,the load rates of the main transformer and line can be obtained so as to provide the maximum load capacity of the urban medium-voltage distribution system. The typical power supply scheme can be thus made to guide the distribution network planning and construction through specific technical indicators.
