财务共享中心是一种新型的财务核算模式,是企业集中管控方式在财务管理中的具体实践与应用。分析了目前电网企业工程财务核算存在的问题,建立了以高效集中运作模式处理大型企业财务工作的财务共享中心,并运用统一的财务管理机制和信息系统平台对企业财务信息开展高效处理、分析及控制,着重讨论了财务共享中心的建立对电网输变电项目工程核算影响,形成了一体化、规范化、现代化的财务共享服务中心,探索了现代财务转型、深化财力集约化的新路径。

ABSTRACT:Financial sharing center is a new type of finan-cial management model,and it is the concrete practice and application of the enterprise’s central control mode in the financial management. In this paper the existing problems in the project financial accounting of the power grid enterprise are examined and a financial sharing center is established to process the financial work in an efficient and centralized operational mode. In addition, the unified financial management system and information system platform are used to perform efficient processing, analysis and control of the enterprise financial information, with focus on analysis of the influence of the financial sharing center on the accounting of power transmission and transformation projects. In this way an integrated,standar-dized and modern financial shared services center is formed and a new path of modern financial transformation and financial intensification is explored and found.
