摘要
输电线路状态监测业务是一个系统工程,涉及监测选点设计、通信方案设计、数据安全、技术选型及安装设计等多个环节。在设计环节,急需系统的、典型化的设计方案作为指导依据。文中重点探讨了输电线路状态监测系统在不同设计阶段的设计深度,并根据状态监测技术发展及应用现状,提出状态监测选点设计指导原则、典型状态监测通信设计方案、状态监测设备的安装设计建议。总结了各种通信方案的技术特点和关键技术指标计算方法,并提出状态监测业务及各种典型通信方案的适用范围和选择依据,为工程设计提供参考依据。
The condition monitoring on power transmission lines is of system engineering involving setting of monitoring points,communication design,data security,technology selection and installation design and so on. In the design part,the systematic and typical design is badly needed as guidance. This paper focuses on the design depth of the transmission line condition monitoring at different design stages,and based on the current application and development of the conditions monitoring technology, proposes some guiding principles for monitoring points setting,typical communication design scheme and installation of condition monitoring device. Finally,the paper summarizes the technical features and calculation methods of the key technical indexes of different communication schemes,and puts forward the scope of application and the selection basis for the conditions monitoring service and all kinds of typical communication schemes,and provides the reference for the engineering design.
