摘要
根据国家能源政策,结合中长期水火电联合补偿调度所面临的关键问题,以贵州电网为例,利用面向对象技术,在J2EE平台下,设计开发了结构合理、功能齐全、界面友好、操作灵活、信息丰富,具有很强经济性与实用性的中长期水火电联合补偿调度系统,并对系统开发策略及系统设计中的一些主要关键技术及其实现过程进行了分析阐述,可为开发类似系统提供参考。
According to the national energy policy,in view of the key problems the long-term hydro-thermal combined compensation dispatching faces,and with Guizhou electric power grid as an example,a medium-and long-term electric power combined compensation dispatching system is developed with OOP technology under the J2 EE platform. The system is well-structured,fully functional in design,user-friendly in inter-face,flexible in operation and rich in information and it has very strong economy and practicability. This paper expounds the technology and implementation of the system development and provides rewarding reference for the related engineering application.
