摘要
针对传统备自投装置仅利用就地信息,动作逻辑固定且适应运行方式有限等方面的不足,基于Multi-Agent分层分布原理,提出了一种利用区域电网信息的广域备自投控制策略,并在此基础上构建了一种广域备自投系统。该系统采用分层分布式结构,由区域级Agent和站级Agent共同组成,站级Agent通过区域级Agent的协调控制实现区域内备自投的自适应建模,解决了无备用电源变电站的备自投问题,并对备自投策略进行安全校验和修正,提高了备自投动作策略的安全性。
In view of that the traditional automatic swit-chover equipment installed in the substation only uses the local information such as current,voltage and status of breakers,and its operating logic is relatively rigid and difficultly to adapt to variable operating mode of power system,this paper proposes a novel wide-area automatic switchover system based on MultiAgent System(MAS. The distributed hierarchical structure used in the proposed system consists of Wide-area level Agent and substation-level Agent. Through the coordination and control by the Wide-area Agent,the substation-level Agent can realize the self-adapted modeling of the automatic switchover in the grid so that the remote automatic switch without its own substation power supply can be realized too. In addition,the control strategies and network security can be checked and corrected in order to improve the security of automatic switchover strategies.
