含分布式电源配电网的黑启动运行特性研究

Research on the Feature of the Black-Start with Distributed Generation in Distribution Network

对于电力系统局部失电或大面积失电,利用分布式电源恢复供电的黑启动方案具有重要意义。文中在分布式电源配电网建模的基础上,结合含分布式电源的配电网自身特点,以配有储能装置、具有电压/频率控制能力的分布式电源作为黑启动电源,分析其黑启动运行特性,给出含分布式电源黑启动的优化组合方案。最后,仿真验证了优化配置方案的有效性,为配电网实现黑启动预案提供必要的理论基础。

For partial or large-area power failure in the power system,it is of great significance to make use of blackstart scheme with distributed generation to restore power supply.In this paper,based on modeling of distribution network with typical distributed generation and its characteristics, the distributed generation equipped with energy storage device in voltage/frequency control mode is used as black-start source.By studying on black-start operation characteristics in different conditions,the optimized combination scheme of black-start with distributed generation is proposed. Finally,the simulation results verify the effectiveness of the optimized scheme,and it provides theoretical basis for black-start action in distribution network.
