摘要
支路交换法是配电网正常运行时网络重构的一种基本方法。工程实际中,应用支路交换法选择重构方案前需考虑初始化约束条件,包括备选重构支路无过负荷、主变无过负荷、补偿度符合要求。提出了一种改进支路算法,将满足初始化约束条件的所有备选重构支路作为网络重构可选方案,归为一类,命名为支路交换子集S。对于子集S中的支路,利用联络开关2侧电压差,将重构方案分成2个部分,差值小的可以先合后分,差值大的另一部分,需要先分后合。现场实际运行对该方法进行了验证,表明该方法能够满足实用要求。
The branch exchange method is a basic method for network reconfiguration for the distribution network in normal operation. In engineering practice, selection of the reconfiguration scheme by the branch exchange method should consider the many initial constraints,including no overload in the branch to be reconfigured,no overload on the transformer and compensation degree meeting the requirement. This paper proposes an improved branch exchange algorithm,by which all the branches available for reconfiguration which meet the initial constraints are considered as network reconfiguration options, which can be classified into one class,and named Subset S. For all the branches in Subset S,the reconfiguration scheme can be divided into two parts according to the voltage difference at the two sides of the contact switch. For the small voltage difference,the switch can be closed before opened,while for the big one,opened before closed. The method is verified by the actual operation in the field,indicating that the method can meet the practical requirements.
