华东国调一体化互备系统关键技术的探讨和实践 被引量:2

摘要 随着区域电网的互联、特高压交直流系统的建立、大规模清洁能源的集中接入和远距离输送等坚强智能电网的建设,对于调度一体化互备技术提出了更高的要求。以国家电网调度中心、华东电网分控中心异地互备项目在华东分控中心建设实施为基础,在项目实施过程中的创新点和关键技术为着眼点,阐述了在实施异地互备智能电网支撑平台系统中核心技术的解决办法,创新的提出了适应一体化互备需求的实时数据独立采集机制,实现系统的独立性和互备性;在免维护方面,通过全网唯一ID的电网模型管理机制,实现互备系统间的模型、图形和操作数据的高效同步。 This paper takes the National Electric Power Dispatching and East China dispatch control center's network long-distance mutual for drilling engineering construction implementation on the basis of ensure the development of strong power grid construction and operation. In needing and the corresponding intelligent dispatching support platform is established in this paper. Implementation in long distance for each key technology in intelligent dispatching support platform system solutions,and puts forward some innovative to meet the needs of integration for each of the principle of real-time data acquisition mechanism and realizes the independence of the system. In the aspect of free maintenance,the unique ID of the grid model management,model between the implementation for each system. Graphics and efficient operating data are synchronized. This article focuses on engineering in the center of the east China network and the concrete implementation plan,further detail the key technology of the long distance for each point.
