摘要
对IEC61850标准中的报文快速传输机制(GOOSE)进行深入研究。基于IEC61850标准,应用GOOSE快速报文机制,使用GOOSE报文来传送启动、合闸、跳闸、闭锁等实时信号,通过信息共享的方式来提高数字化保护的可靠性和选择性进行理论分析和实际应用研究,并分析了GOOSE报文机制的实时性、可靠性和安全性,对其中存在的诸多问题进行探讨并提出相应措施加以解决。
This paper presents an in-depth study on the fast transmission mechanism(GOOSE) of messages in the IEC61850 standard,and based on the IEC61850 standard,and by application of GOOSE fast message mechanism,the GOOSE message is used to send to real-time signals of starting,swit-ching,tripping,locking,and through information sharing the reliability and selectivity of the digital relay system is improved.The paper also studies the real-time,reliability and security of the GOOSE message mechanism and discusses some problems existing therein and proposes the corresponding measures accordingly.
