Development of Information Management System of Ground Line of the Electric Power Maintenance Operation Based on the Handheld Device

针对现有的电力线路停电检修挂接地线管理模式所存在的安全隐患,开发了一套基于手持设备在Android系统环境下运行的电力检修作业接地线信息管理系统。该系统可收集现场作业区域内所有挂接地线的实时挂接状态、地理位置以及作业现场的图像信息,方便现场作业管理人员对作业区域内电力线路检修作业挂接地线状态的管理与监控,可有效地杜绝挂接地线误送电事故的发生,保障线路检修作业人员和设备的安全。

In view of the security hidden problems in the existing mode of the hanging grounding line management in the electric power line blackout and overhauling, this paper develops a set of hand-held device-based system of the grounding line information management for the electric power overhaul in the environment of Android system. The system can collect the message of the real-time hanging status, geographical location and field operation image information from all the hanging grounding line monitor devices in the work area, and it is.convenient for the on-site management personnel at the work area to manage and monitor the state of the hanging grounding line in the electric power line overhaul. The system helps to prevent effectively the occurrence of accidents and ensure the safety of the line maintenance personnel and the equipment.
