摘要
如何在充分利用后期扶持资金基础上开展项目扶持工作,改善库区和移民安置区群众的生产生活条件,是后期扶持的一项重点工作。结合广西壮族自治区大中型水库移民后期扶持监测评估工作,提出了新时期如何做好水库移民后期扶持项目管理工作,进一步建立和完善大中型水库移民后期扶持政策,规范移民后期扶持工作。
It is an important work for the post-resettlement support that to carry out the project-support work,in condition of the sufficiently using the funds of post-resettlement support,to improve the production and living conditions of the people in reservoir and resettlement area. Based on the work experience on monitoring and evaluation of post-resettlement support for large and medium-sized reservoir in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, we'll discuss how to develop project management of post-resettlement support in newly time.
