摘要
用电信息采集系统建设是智能电网建设的重要内容之一,是对传统抄收系统的一次变革。基于成都地区部分地下室用户无公网信号现状,设计了通信技术方案集,包括有线通信技术方案、无线通信技术、有线与无线相结合的通信技术方案3种。在此基础上,通过研究3种方案的技术边界,确定不同应用场景下的方案选择,提出了一种最优采集方案求解算法。应用实例表明,所述方法可以有效地解决无公网信号地下室用户采集系统建设的技术瓶颈,并能大幅降低工程费用,提高用电信息采集管控水平,促进"全覆盖、全采集、全费控"目标的实现。
Construction of the electricity information acquisition system is one of the important contents of the smart grid construction, and it is a fundamental change to the traditional reading and collecting system. Based on the current situation that part of the basement users are not covered by public signals in Chengdu, a communication technology solution set is desi-gned, including cable communication technology, wireless communication technology, the cable and wireless combined communication technology solutions. On this basis, through the study of the technical boundary of three solutions, the scheme selection under different scenarios is determined and an optimal acquisition solution is proposed. The application examples show that the method described in this paper can effectively solve the technical bottleneck of the acquisition system construction of basement users without signals. It can also significantly reduce the project cost; improve the control ability of the electricity information collection so as to promote the realization of the' full coverage, full collection, and full cost control' goal.
