改进PID算法下的电网温度控制过程仿真

摘要 针对电网温度控制具有非线性、多扰动特点,对敏感电子元件的工作温度要求较高,导致控制不准确的问题。提出基于改进的PID神经网络变结构控制的电网温度控制算法,构建电网温度控制系统的总体结构模型,对电网温度控制系统进行控制指标设计和流程分析,采用3层前向变结构PID神经网络控制算法对温度控制算法进行改进,设计电网温度控制的硬件模块和软件模块,对电网温度控制系统进行硬件配装和调试。仿真结果表明,采用该方法进行电网温度控制具有较好的温度控制跟踪性能,控制过程的收敛性能较好,减少了温度的波动和振荡,提高了对电网温度控制的精度。 The temperature control of the power grid is characteristic of non-linearity and multiple disturbances and has higher requirements for sensitive electronic components,and often leads to inaccurate control. This paper proposes a new grid temperature control algorithm based on improved PID neural network variable structure control and builds the overall structure model of the grid temperature control system. In addition, the control index is designed and the process is analyzed for the system, and three-layers-forward variable structure PID neural network control algorithm are adopted for the improve-ment of the temperature control algorithm and the hardware and software models are designed for the grid temperature control and finally the hardware is installed and testing and commissioning is carried out. The Simulation results show that this method of the grid temperature control temperature control has good tracking performance and good convergence performance of the control process, and reduces the temperature fluctuations and oscillation, enhances the precision of the power grid tem-perature control.
