摘要 对地区电网进行超负荷预警管理,设计基于语音自动报警地区电网超负荷预警系统,提高地区电网安全性和稳定性。传统的地区电网超负荷预警系统设计采用线性稳压测量方法,受到故障电阻等因素的影响,对超负荷预警的测量性能不好。提出一种采用主频分离检测的地区电网超负荷预警系统,系统设计采用语音自动报警。系统设计包括了通用的电网超负荷数据采集系统、地区电网节能控制基阵、D/A收发转换功能模块和功率放大器、电源模块、射频读卡芯片模块和语音控制模块等。采用主频分离检测方法,消除直流偏置,使放大器满幅输出。最后完成系统的硬件电路集成设计。系统实验中,在VHDL中建立仿真波形文件,得到电网的功率动态幅度检测PPI接口时序图。实验结果表明,该系统满足语音自动报警的地区电网超负荷预警系统设计的要求,实现对地区电网的超负荷预警检测语音自动报警,虚警概率较低,稳定性好,性能优越。 For the overload warning management of the regional power grid, this paper presents a new design based on the automatic voice alarm warning system to improve the security and stability of the regional power grid. The traditional method by the linear voltage regulator, due to the resistor fault and other faults, often fails to deliver a satisfactory prediction.This paper proposes a new method based on the separation detection of the main frequency of the power system and the system design uses the voice auto alarm. The system design includes the generic grid super load data acquisition system,regional power grid control array, a send-and-receive D/A conversion function module and power amplifier, power supply module, a radio frequency reading chip card module and voice control module etc. The main frequency separation detection method eliminates the DC bias so that the amplifier can deliver the full-amplitude output. The hardware circuit system is designed and integrated. In the experimental system, simulation waveform files are established in VHDL and the grid power dynamic amplitude detection PPI interface timing diagram is obtained. The experiment results show that the system satisfies the requirements of the design of the voice automatic alarm for the regional power grid overload warning system and realizes the automatic voice alarm with low false alarm probability, good stability, superior performance.
