网省紧耦合电网实时发电计划优化模型及应用 被引量:2

摘要 由于负荷、新能源功率等不确定性因素的影响,在日前发电计划执行过程中需要利用实时发电计划应用进行滚动修正。对于网省两级耦合紧密的区域电网,网调与省调机组共同承担省内用电负荷,跟随负荷预测偏差与新能源预测偏差进行实时调整,保证发用电平衡,网省间联络线交换功率计划呈动态变化特点。为此,在常规发电计划优化模型基础上,提出针对紧耦合电网的网省分担的虚拟功率交换计划(VIS)约束,建立网调和省调实时发电计划优化模型。针对运行中网调在局部省区调节能力不足的问题,提出网调多控制区优化模型,实现网调控制机组在省区之间的相互支援,并可量化分析支援大小。通过电网实际运行结果分析,验证所提出的方法的有效性,提高电网调度大范围资源优化能力。 Security constrained economic dispatch( SCED)based generation scheduling is implemented in most power grid dispatching centers in China. Virtual interchange schedule( VIS)is applied to share responsibility for system load in the tightly coupled regional and provincial power grid. This paper comes up with a real-time generation scheduling optimization model,which is used to ensure the execution rate of geographic inter-change plan by tracking regional and provincial virtual inter-change schedule respectively. The model includes two parts, one for the regional grid and the other for the provincial grid. In order to process the overflow and support between multi-control area,a multi-area coordinated optimization is also proposed. According to the implementation in the actual power grid, the computational results indicate that the proposed optimization method is effective.
