建设特色校园文化,促进远程教育健康发展——以国家开放大学体系为例 被引量:4

摘要 在中央广播电视大学基础上建立的国家开放大学是一个远程教育的办学系统,在其发展转型的关键时期,如何对广播电视大学形成的校园文化进行传承,如何借鉴高校校园文化建设的成功经验并结合国开新时期的发展目标做好校园文化建设,这是国家开放大学办学体系目前面临和亟待解决的重大课题。结合文化构成的四层次学说,对远程教育校园文化的构成内涵进行了补充和完善;从国家开放大学系统自身的属性、学习者的构成状况和远程教育的教学模式等三个方面剖析了远程教育校园文化面临的挑战;从长效机制的构建、有效载体的搭建、发展方向的引领、品牌形象的打造等方面提出了建设特色校园文化,促进远程教育健康发展的策略建议。 The National Open University established on the basis of the Central Radio&Television University is a distance education system.During the critical period of its development and transformation,it is a major issue to figure out how to inherit the campus culture formed by the Central Radio&Television University,learn from the successful experience of campus culture construction and combine it with the new era development goals of the National Open University System.Based on the four-level theory of cultural composition,this paper supplements and completes the connotation of the distance education campus culture.It analyzes the challenges faced by the distance education campus culture based on the attributes of the National Open University System,the composition of learners and the teaching methods of distance education.In order to build a characteristic campus culture and promote the healthy development of distance education,this paper proposes some strategic suggestions from various aspects,such as the construction of long-term mechanism,the construction of effective carrier,the guidance of development direction and the creation of brand image.
