摘要 以网络教育为主的现代远程教育,越来越受到教育界的高度重视。现代远程教育教师正面临着新的挑战,面对以学生为主,师生角色的转变以及教师知识认知转变过程中遇到的挑战,教师要在知识的取得中进行转变,在教育信息化领域中作为知行者,在教学过程中成为读懂学生的好教师,成为课程重组的设计师、'开放互联的策划师',为转型中的教师发展提供新的途径。 Modern distance education,which mainly focuses on network education,has been paid more and more attention by the educational circles.Teachers in modern distance education are facing new challenges and coping strategies.They are facing challenges in the process of students-centered,teachers’and students’roles changing and teachers’knowledge cognition changing.Teachers should make changes in the acquisition of knowledge,become knowledgers and practitioners in the field of educational informatization,become good teachers who understand students,and become designers of curriculum reorganization and'open interconnected planners'in the teaching process,and provide new ways for teachers’development in the process of transformation.
