Modern distance education,which mainly focuses on network education,has been paid more and more attention by the educational circles.Teachers in modern distance education are facing new challenges and coping strategies.They are facing challenges in the process of students-centered,teachers’and students’roles changing and teachers’knowledge cognition changing.Teachers should make changes in the acquisition of knowledge,become knowledgers and practitioners in the field of educational informatization,become good teachers who understand students,and become designers of curriculum reorganization and'open interconnected planners'in the teaching process,and provide new ways for teachers’development in the process of transformation.
