随着社会的不断进步和高等教育的发展,高校心理健康教育尤其是课程教育方面面临着新的问题和挑战。学生对于心理健康教育教学内容与方法有多方面的需求,结合当前高校心理教育教学中存在的问题,有必要探索符合学生心理需求的心理健康课程体系的构建,以提升高校心理教育教学水平。

With the continuous progress of the society and the development of higher education,mental health education in colleges and universities,especially curriculum education,is facing new problems and challenges.Students have all-around demands for the teaching contents and methods of mental health education.Considering the problems existing in the teaching of psychological education in colleges and universities,it is necessary to explore the construction of mental health curriculum system that meets the students’psychological needs in order to improve the teaching level of psychological education in colleges and universities.
