摘要
针对某2250 mm热连轧下游机架轧辊耐磨性低导致带钢断面板廓不良的问题,采用在F5机架使用高速钢轧辊的方法进行改进。对高速钢轧辊使用过程中的表面质量、下机温度、辊形以及对轧制力的影响等方面与无限冷硬铸铁轧辊进行对比,结果表明高速钢轧辊经过两次服役后表面状态仍可保证带钢的板廓质量;高速钢轧辊散热性能较差,下机温度高且均匀性较差,需要采取一定措施来保证其温度和热凸度;高速钢轧辊磨损量以及局部磨损明显低于无限冷硬铸铁轧辊;使用高速钢轧辊时轧制力增大,应通过优化润滑来解决问题。利用辊系变形仿真模型分析了使用高速钢轧辊轧制的带钢板廓,得到了其板廓凸度和板廓波动性均较小的特点。
The high speed steel(HSS)roll was applied at F5 stand in 2250 mm hot strip mill in order to improve the strip profile quality which was related to the bad wear resistance of roll.The HSS roll was compared with the indefinite chilled cast iron roll by experimental measurement in terms of the surface quality,temperature after rolling,roll contour and rolling force.The results show that the strip profile quality is able to be guaranteed by the HSS roll after two times service cycle.Due to the poor heat dissipation performance of HSS roll,the high temperature and low temperature uniformity after rolling,some method should be taken to gurantee the temperature and thermal crown.The roll wear and local wear of the HSS roll are obviously lower than that of the indefinite chilled cast iron roll.The increase of rolling force when using HSS roll should be solved by the lubrication optimization.The profile of strip rolled using HSS roll was analyzed by the roll system deformation simulation model.It is shown that the contour and the fluctuation of the profile are small.
