摘要
对锡青铜QSn7-0. 2强力旋压成形过程进行了不同进给比、首轮压下比和轴向错距下的有限元仿真模拟。利用田口算法对仿真结果进行了优化,得到了不同工艺参数对内径公差和圆度误差的影响。利用数控强力旋压机对锡青铜QSn7-0. 2进行了强力旋压成形,并利用圆度仪测量了旋压件的内径公差和圆度误差。结果表明:当进给比为0. 6 mm·r-1、首轮压下比为50%、轴向错距为4 mm时,强力旋压连杆衬套具有最优的内径公差和圆度误差。各工艺参数对内径公差的显著影响顺序为:进给比>首轮压下比>轴向错距;对圆度误差的显著影响顺序为:进给比>轴向错距>首轮压下比。
The finite element simulation of the powerful spinning forming process of tin bronze QSn7-0.2 was carried out under different feed ratios,first round reduction ratios and axial offsets.The simulation results were optimized by Taguchi algorithm,and the influences of differents process parameters on the inner diameter tolerance and roundness error were obtained.The powerful spinning of tin bronze QSn7-0.2 was carried out by numerical control powerful spinning machine.The inner diameter tolerance and roundness error of spinning parts were measured by roundness meter.The results show that when the feed ratio is 0.6 mm·r-1,the first round reduction ratio is50%,and the axial offset is 4 mm,the powerful spinning connecting rod bushing has the optimal inner diameter tolerance and roundness error.The significant order of influence of each process parameter on inner diameter tolerance is feed ratio>first round reduction ratio>axial offset,while the significant order of influence on roundness error is feed ratio>axial offset>first round reduction ratio.
