摘要
为扩大Mn13耐磨高锰钢零件的使用范围,延长耐磨件使用寿命,采用冷轧技术,试验研究在不同异径比情况下,高锰钢Mn13经过不同压下率冷轧预变形后的性能变化情况。结果表明:施行冷轧预变形后,高锰钢Mn13的硬度、屈服强度、抗拉强度都显著提高,但韧性有所下降;由于异步轧制存在搓轧作用,可采用比常规轧制更大的压下率使硬度具有更大的提高空间。异步冷轧预变形压下率控制在15%~20%时,硬度基本达到300~350 HB,韧性不低于90 J·cm-2,能保证一般工况对高锰钢Mn13硬度和韧性的基本要求;异径比越大,轧件受到的搓轧作用越显著,有利于增大压下率,改善加工性能和硬化效果,但也会使轧件弯曲更明显。异径比控制在1. 1~1. 3的合理区间,压下率控制在15%~20%的范围内,对Mn13高锰钢施行冷轧制预变形,有利于取得较好的使用性能。
To enlarge the application fields and extend the service life of high manganese steel Mn13 wear-resisting parts,cold rolling technology was used in the test to study the performance variation of the cold-rolled high manganese steel Mn13 at different deformation rates under different diameter ratios.The results show that when high manganese steel Mn13 is cold-rolled,the hardness,yield strength and tensile strength are all significantly improved,but the toughness decreases.Because of the effect of cross shear force in asynchronous rolling,the deformation rate can be larger than that of synchronous rolling to provide more room for hardness improvement.Keeping the deformation rate within the range of 15%-20%,the hardness can get to 300-350 HB and the toughness is higher than 90 J·cm-2,which can meet the basic requirements for the hardness and toughness of high manganese steel Mn13 under normal working conditions.The larger the diameter ratios,the more significant the cross shear actions,which is conducive to increasing deformation rate and improving the machinability and hardening effect,but also makes the roll specimen bending more obvious.The asynchronous cold rolling pre-deformation of Mn13 is beneficial to obtain good performance of usability,when keeping the diameter ratio within the reasonable range of 1.1-1.3 and the deformation rate within the range of 15%-20%.
