基于试验与数值模拟对比的钛合金压印接头研究 被引量:3

摘要 选取TA1钛合金进行同种板材单搭压印连接,选用ANSYS/LS-DYNA模块模拟压印连接的成形过程,对数值模拟的接头截面与试验接头截面进行对比分析。同时,对试验所得压印试件进行拉伸-剪切试验,观察其失效过程和失效模式。建立三维模型模拟压印试件拉伸-剪切试验过程。试验与模拟对比研究的结果表明:ANSYS/LS-DYNA模型可以形象直观反映被连接薄板在压印过程中的材料流动与变形情况,能较好的模拟压印连接的成形过程。拉伸-剪切数值模拟准确反映了试验过程中接头应力集中及应力分布情况。 The clinching connection was applied to join the single-lap joints of TA1 titanium alloy,and ANSYS/LS-DYNA was used to simulate the forming process of clinching connection,and the cross-section of simulated joints was compared with that of experimental joints.Meanwhile,the tensile-shear tests were carried out on the joints to observe the failure process and failure mode.The three-dimensional simulation model was established to analyze the tensile-shear process of clinched joints.The results of comparative study on the test and numerical simulation show that the ANSYS/LS-DYNA model can reflect the materials flow and deformation process of the connected sheet in clinching directly and can simulate the clinching forming process effectively.The tensile-shear simulation can reflect the stress concentration and stress distribution during the test accurately.
