On Diversification of the Ways to Solve the Legal Disputes in Student Management in Colleges and Universities

高校学生管理工作实现法治化是我国依法治国战略的必然要求。当高校学生管理中发生法律纠纷时,为了能充分运用解决法律纠纷的多种方式,需不断对此进行制度研究,以构建完善的多样化的法律纠纷解决机制。文章从梳理高校学生管理法律纠纷的基本问题入手,对高校学生管理法律纠纷解决途径的特点进行分析,通过明确法律纠纷多样化解决途径抉择策略,在此基础上对高校学生管理法律纠纷解决途径多样化完善措施进行探讨,提出了听证制度和仲裁制度的完善建议。

The realization of the rule of law in the management of college students is an inevitable requirement of our country’s strategy of governing the country by law. When legal disputes arise in the management of college students,in order to make full use of the various ways of solving legal disputes,it is necessary to constantly carry out institutional research to build a sound and diversified mechanism for solving legal disputes. This paper starts with clarifying the basic problem of legal disputes in university student management,analyses the characteristics of the methods of solving legal disputes among college students,clarifies the selective strategies for diversified resolution of legal disputes,explores the diversified improvement measures and puts forward suggestions for improving the hearing system and arbitration system.
