Conflict and Integration——analysis on the Phenomenon of Marginal Persons in College Dormitories

高校宿舍边缘人的出现不仅对学生的个性发展、社会化进程产生影响,还影响和谐校园的构建。文章从高校宿舍边缘人现象的产生出发,分析了边缘人的概念和内涵,探讨了宿舍边缘人的特点和形成原因,并从朋辈支持、归属感建立、管理方式和育人方法的调整优化方面提出了相应的转变和引导对策。

The appearance of the marginal students in college dormitories influences not only the development of students’ personality,their socialization process,but also the construction of a harmonious campus. This article makes an analysis about the concept and connotation of marginal persons,explores the characteristics of marginal students and the reasons of their shaping on the basis of their occurrence in college dormitories,and introduces some corresponding transformation and guiding countermeasures by peer support,the establishment of sense of belonging as well as the adjustment and optimization of management and education method.
