摘要
本文在对陕西省十所高职院校的118位青年教师开展问卷调查和访谈的基础上,深入分析高职院校青年教师培养与发展所面临的主要问题,以及造成这些问题的深层次原因,并借鉴国内外高校教师培养的先进经验,为探究构建科学有效的高职院校青年教师培养体系和培养机制提供有效策略。
On the basis of the questionnaires and interviews from and with 118young teachers of 10high vocational colleges,the main problems faced by the young teachers in high vocational colleges in their cultivation and development and the reasons which cause such problems are deeply analyzed,and the advanced experience domestic and abroad are referred so as to offer an effective strategy for the constructing effective cultivating system and mechanic in high vocational colleges.
