关于1945年成立的“内蒙古共和国”的名称问题

学术界对于1945年成立的“内蒙古共和国临时政府”的名称莫衷一是,要批判、反对、谴责分裂祖国的“内蒙古共和国临时政府”,首先就应该将其名称研究清楚,否则,对象和名称都不清楚,批判、反对、谴责均无从谈起。金海之该政府的全称应该叫作“内蒙古人民共和国临时政府”之说有待商榷。从国体来看,从当时的历史背景来看,从乌兰夫的回忆来看,该政府的名称都应该是“内蒙古共和国临时政府”。

Abstract:In the academic circle,the different scholar have different ideas about the“Provisional Government of Inner Mongolian Republic”.If we want to criticize,oppose to,and condemn the“Provisional Government of Inner Mongolian Republic”,first,we should be clear about its name and its origin,or we can do nothing about this.Jin Hai’s idea about the government should be called“Provisional Government of People’s Republic of Inner Mongolia”really needs discussing.From the view of state system,from the historical background at that time,and the recalling of Ulanf,the name of the government should be“Provisional Government of Inner Mongolia Republic”.
