摘要
依据急性毒理实验方法设计实验,用简化机率单位法计算洁厕液对中华蟾蜍(Bufogargarizans)蝌蚪毒性的半数致死浓度(LC50)。设计亚急性实验(空白、7、14、28、56μL/L),研究低剂量洁厕液对蝌蚪生长发育的影响。急性毒理实验得出24、48、72、96 h的洁厕液对蝌蚪LC50为107.71、74.63、73.74、70.99μL/L。亚急性实验结果显示,实验组随着洁厕液浓度的上升,蝌蚪生长发育受到不同程度的抑制。在第10天,7、14μL/L浓度组和空白对照组中蝌蚪处于27期,28、56μL/L浓度组中蝌蚪处于26期。第20天,对照组的蝌蚪已进入37期,7μL/L浓度组处于36期,14、28μL/L浓度组中蝌蚪处于34期,56μL/L浓度组中蝌蚪处于32期。重复测量方差分析表明,洁厕液浓度和处理时间对蝌蚪体重体长有极显著影响(P<0.01)。因此,洁厕液对中华蟾蜍(Bufogargarizans)蝌蚪具有高毒性,并且抑制其生长发育。
According to the method of acute toxicologic experimentation,tadpoles( Bufogargarizans)were exposed to different concentrations of toilet cleaner,and LC50 of toilet cleaner to tadpole( Bufogargarizans) was calculated by simplified probability unit method. And 5 groups for subacute toxicity test( blank control,7,14,28,56 μL / L) were setted to investigate toilet cleaner impact on growth and development of tadpole( Bufogargarizans). The result of subacute toxicity test were differencet by groups. The times( 24,48,72,96 h) of LC50 were 107. 71,74. 63,73. 74,70. 99 μL / L. The development period of groups( blank control,7,14 μL / L) were 27 th,and groups( 28,56 μL / L) were 26 th at 10 th day; blank control were 37 th,7 μL / L were 36 th,groups( 14,28 μL / L) were 34 th,56 μL / L were 32 th on the 20 th day. that 20 th day.The concentration of Toilet Cleaner and treat time possessed significant effect on weight and length of body on tadpole by repeated measures data of ANOVA( P < 0. 01). Obviously,toilet cleaner is of high toxicity and inhibits the growth and development to tadpole( Bufogargarizans).
