摘要
为了解决动车组列车运行途中的频发故障,提出了一种动车组异音异响监测系统,主要由信号定位处理系统及信号检测比对系统组成。疑似故障声音通过该系统定位分析,经过专业技术人员现场排查,确认为动车组故障信息后上传到故障信息系统进行存储。实验结果表明:系统采用计算机控制与人工检测相结合的工作方式,可以快速准确地判断动车组行车途中的异音异响,确定故障发生位置及造成原因,同时可逐步积累完善动车组列车运行故障库,为后续动车组的运行维护提供技术支持。
In order to solve the frequent failures during the operation of the electric multiple unit(EMU),a monitoring system for abnormal noise of EMU is proposed,which is mainly composed of signal localization processing system and signal detection and comparison system.Suspected fault sound can be detected through the system positioning analysis by the system.After being checked by the professional technicians,it is confirmed as the EMU fault information and then uploaded to the fault information system for storage.Experimental results show that the system uses a combination of computer control and manual detection of work,and it can quickly and accurately determine the EMU driving noise on the way so as to determine the location of the fault and possible causes.The systme can gradually accumulate and improve the EMU train operation failure library,thus providing technical support for the operation and maintenance of the follow-up EMU.
