活性炭负载离子液体吸附除Cr(Ⅵ)研究 被引量:4

摘要 通过浸渍法将氯化-1-己基-3-甲基咪唑([HMIM]Cl)负载到活性炭(AC)上,利用傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)对[HMIM]Cl/AC吸附剂结构进行表征,并将[HMIM]Cl/AC应用于Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附性能研究,考察了吸附剂用量、吸附时间、Cr(Ⅵ)初始浓度、pH因素对吸附率的影响。结果表明,[HMIM]Cl/AC相对AC对Cr(Ⅵ)具有较好的吸附性能,在Cr(Ⅵ)初始浓度为100 mg/L、吸附剂用量为0.3 g、超声时间为20 min时,Cr(Ⅵ)离子的去除率达到96.5%,且其吸附过程符合Langmuir、Freundlich、Temkin三种等温吸附模型。 Ionic liquids(IL) 1-hexyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride([HMIM]Cl) supported on active carbon(AC) with a variety of loading amount were prepared by incipient impregnation method. The adsorbent([HMIM]Cl/AC) was characterized by FTIR and was conducted to study the removal of Cr(Ⅵ). The effects of adsorbent dosage,pH,adsorption time and Cr(Ⅵ) initial concentration on Cr(Ⅵ)adsorption were investigated. The results show that the [HMIM]Cl/AC is more effective than the base AC,when initial concentration on Cr(Ⅵ) is 100 mg/L,adsorbent dosage 0. 3 g,adsorption time 20 min,the Cr(Ⅵ) removal rate of [HMIM]Cl can reach 96. 5%. And the equilibrium data agreed well with the Langmuir,Freundlich and Temkin models.
