摘要
将曼尼希碱、咪唑啉季铵盐、苯硫脲、乙醇及一定量的水混合溶解,得到氢氟酸缓蚀剂F-108,用失重法静态条件下考察了温度、加量、材质对其缓蚀性能的影响;动态条件下考察了添加300 mg/L Fe3+不同流速对其缓蚀性能的影响,并对其缓蚀机理进行探讨。结果表明,在2%的HF中,50℃,F-108添量0.30%时,20#钢的静态腐蚀速率0.32 g/(m^2·h),缓蚀率大于98.7%;动态条件下,腐蚀速率为0.84 g/(m^2·h);两者均优于电力行业标准《DL/T 523—2007》中腐蚀指标,该缓蚀剂缓蚀性能优异。
F-108 were prepared by mixing and dissolution of Mannich base,imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt,phenylthiocarbamide,ethanol and a certin water. Meanwhile,the corrosion performance was investigated under the condition of temperature,amount,material effect by the method of static. Adding300 mg/L Fe3 +,different velocity influence were investigated on the corrosion performance in dynamic test,and the corrosion mechanism was discussed. The result showed that in 2% HF,adding 0. 30%,50 ℃,20#,the static corrosion rate is 0. 32 g/(m^2·h),the corrosion rate is greater than 98. 7%; the dynamic corrosion rate is 0. 84 g/(m^2·h); Both superior to corrosion index of electric power industry standard DL/T 523—2007,the corrosion inhibitor showed excellent corrosion inhibition.
