摘要
医院病房如何快速有效地排出细菌减少病菌含量,以便满足国家有关病房空气质量标准,是病房空气气流组织设计的根本。针对医院病房在不同的送风速度、送风温度、气流组织形式下,利用COMSOL仿真软件,模拟在不同气流组织下病房的速度场、温度场、压力场及细菌分布场等条件下,对细菌运动规律以及室内空气品质的影响,同时对仿真计算结果进行了详尽的比对分析和优化设计,得出了下送上回的气流组织形式,能快速减小病房细菌颗粒浓度,明显降低患者互相感染的概率,为医院病房气流组织设计提供了理论依据。
How to quickly and effectively eliminate bacteria in hospital wards and meet the related air quality standards is the basic concern for the design of air flow organization in ward.This paper aims at simulating the influence of velocity field,temperature field,pressure field and bacterial distribution field on bacterial movement and indoor air quality in hospital ward under different air supply speed,air supply temperature and air distribution form by COMSOL simulation software.Computational results were analyzed and optimized in detail,and the airflow organization form of downward and upward return was obtained.It can rapidly reduce the concentration of bacterial particles in the ward and significantly reduce the probability of mutual infection among patients.The paper provides a theoretical basis for the design of airflow organization in hospital wards.
