摘要
对倒班工作睡眠障碍的诊断标准及相关辅助诊断方法进行介绍,认为临床护理人员应通过相应的评估测量方法提高因倒班而导致的睡眠障碍的认识和识别,在保证护理工作安全的同时关爱护理人员的身心健康。
It introduced the diagnostic criteria and related auxiliary diagnostic methods of shift work sleep disorder.And it thought the understanding and identifying of clinical nursing staff on shift work induced sleep disorder should be enhanced through appropriate measurement methods.Both the physical and mental health of nurses should be cared at the same time of ensuring the safety of nursing care.
