通过分析护理全日制专业学位硕士研究生招生的影响因素,并结合实际提出加大招生宣传力度、端正学生考研动机、完善培养模式、关注就业问题、发挥政策导向作用等措施,促进护理学专业学位硕士研究生教育的发展。

Through analyzing the influencing factors of nursing full-time professional degree postgraduate students enrollment and combining with practice it put forward some measures to improve the development of postgraduate students education of nursing specialty,including increasing enrollment propaganda,correcting the motivations of students participating the postgraduate entrance examination,perfecting training model,paying attention to the issues of employment,playing a role in policy oriented measures and so on.
