小儿先天性心脏病体外循环术后肌张力增高原因分析与护理对策 被引量：9

摘要 肌张力增高是小儿先天性心脏病体外循环术后常见并发症,神经系统功能受损和电解质紊乱是其主要原因[1-2]。如何及时发现病情、找出原因,从而给予针对性的护理,对患儿的康复具有重要意义。现将我科2014年4月—2015年12月先天性心脏病体外循环术后发生肌张力增高的18例患儿进行分析,查找原因,总结护理经验。1资料与方法1.
