Research progress on non drug intervention on sleep disorders associated with Alzheimer's disease

介绍了阿尔茨海默病相关睡眠障碍的患病与治疗现状,阐述了阿尔茨海默病相关睡眠障碍的光照疗法、休闲疗法、运动疗法、睡眠限制疗法、肌肉放松、针刺疗法非药物干预现状,指出当前研究中存在的问题,并提出相应的建议。

This paper introduced prevalence and treatment status quo of sleep disorders associated with Alzheimer's disease,and described the status quo light non drug interventions including therapy,leisure therapy,exercise therapy,sleep restriction therapy,muscle relaxation and acupuncture therapy for patients with Alzheimer's disease related sleep disorders,and pointed out the problems existing in the current research,and put forward corresponding suggestions.
