药物干预在癌因性疲乏管理中的研究进展

Research progress on drug intervention in management of cancer related fatigue

癌因性疲乏(CRF)是癌症病人最常见的症状之一,严重影响病人的生存质量及治疗结局。由于CRF病因机制复杂,目前尚缺乏统一、有效的干预措施。药物作为治疗CRF的有效方法之一,已经被许多研究所证实。现就有关CRF药物干预的研究进展进行综述,为临床CRF的有效管理提供依据。

Cancer related fatigue(CRF)was one of the most common symptoms of cancer patients,which seriously affected the quality of life of patients and treatment outcome.There was still a lack of uniform and effective intervention measures due to complexity of etiology and mechanism of CRF.As one of the effective methods for the treatment of CRF,the drug has been confirmed by many studies.It summarized the research progress on CRF drug intervention,so as to provide the basis for the effective management of clinical CRF.
