摘要
[目的]系统评价我国护生社交焦虑水平及其特征差异,为制订降低护生社交焦虑的方案提供依据。[方法]参照Cochrane协作网工作手册检索中国知网(CNKI)、维普(VIP)、万方数据库、PubMed和Embase数据库中从建库至2015年12月13日发表的文献,纳入有关我国护生社交焦虑现状的横断面研究,由两名研究者独立进行文献筛选、质量评价和资料提取。应用STROBE声明为参照标准评价文献质量,鉴于各纳入研究的解决指标存在很大差异,不能进行Meta分析,因而采用定性方法系统总结纳入研究的基本情况。[结果]共纳入文献13篇,涉及4 985名护生。我国护生社交焦虑得分处于较高水平,高于国外常模(P<0.01),不同特征护生社交焦虑水平是否存在差异,需进一步研究。[结论]我国护生实习期间社交焦虑水平总体较高,但不同特征群体是否存在差异尚缺乏大样本、高质量的研究设计,需进一步研究。
Objective:To evaluate the social anxiety level of nursing students and its characteristics in China systematically and to provide some evidences for the development a protocol to of reduce social anxiety of nursing students.Methods:The cross-sectional studies on nursing students' anxiety status in China were searched and collected from CNKI,VIP,WanFang,PubMed and Embase databases from establishment to December 13,2015,according to the Cochrane Collaboration Workbook.Literature screening,quality evaluation,and data extraction were independently performed by two investigators.The STROBE statement was used to evaluate the quality of the literature.The qualitative methods were used to summarize the basic situation of the study,considering that there were significant differences between the indicators of meta-analysis.Results:A total of 13 articles were included,involving 4 985 nursing students.The score of social anxiety of nursing students in China was higher than that of the foreign norm(P<0.01).The social anxiety level of nursing students with different characteristics different.And further studies were needed.Conclusions:The social anxiety of nursing students in China during nursing practice is high.However,there is still a lack of large sample and high-quality research on the difference between the different characteristic groups,and further research is needed.
