摘要
[目的]结合护士长需求与Delphi法构建基于胜任力模型的护士长课程培训体系。[方法]基于护士长胜任力模型及文献研究建立护士长培训课程调查表,并调查护士长,根据调查结果,建立护士长培训课程专家咨询表,并进行两轮专家咨询。[结果]构建完成护士长培训课程体系,包括84项课程名称、课程内容及其培训方式。[结论]基于胜任力模型的护士长培训课程体系为护士长培训提供了科学依据。
Objective:Based on competency model,to construct the training course system for head nurses using Delphi method combined with the needs of head nurses.Method:Based on the head nurses' competency model and literature research,the head nurses' training course questionnaire was established and the head nurses were surveyed.According to the survey,the expert consultation form of the head nurses' training course was established and two rounds of expert consultation were conducted.Results:The established head nurses' training course system including 84-course names,content and training methods.Conclusions:The course training system for head nurses based on the competency model provided a scientific basis for the head nurses' training.
