NASA-TLX量表的汉化及信效度检验

Chinesization,reliability and validity test of National Aeronautics and Space Administration Task Load Index

[目的]对美国国家航天航空局任务负荷指数量表(NASA-TLX)进行汉化,并检验其在护士心理负荷评价中的信效度。[方法]经过翻译、回译和文化调适,确定汉化版NASA-TLX各条目。采用便利抽样的方法抽取上海市1 300名护士,采用条目与总分间的一致性和临界比值法进行项目分析,采用重测信度、Cronbach′sα系数进行信度验证,采用内容效度、结构效度评价量表的效度。[结果]汉化版NASA-TLX量表包括脑力要求、体力要求、时限要求、自我表现、努力程度、受挫感6个条目,各条目得分与总分的相关系数为0.291～0.688(P<0.01),临界比值法中高分组和低分组各条目得分的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);内容效度指数S-CVI/Ave为1.00;因子分析提取2个公因子,累积贡献率达62.615%。量表重测信度为0.806,Cronbach′sα系数为0.707。[结论]汉化版NASA-TLX量表具体较好的信度与效度,可用于测评我国护士的心理负荷。

Objective:To Chinesize the National Aeronautics and Space Administration Task Load Index(NASA-TLX)and test its reliability and validity in nurses′psychological workload evaluation.Methods:The entries of NASA-TLX were determined through translation,back translation and cultural adjustment.The convenience sampling method was used to select 1 300nurses in Shanghai,and the consistency between the items and the total score and the critical ratio method were used for project analysis.Reliability verification was conducted by retesting the reliability and Cronbach′s alphacoefficient,and the validity of scale was evaluated by content validity and structure validity.Results:The Chinese version of NASA-TLX includes 6items:mental demand,physical demand,temporal demand,performance,effort and frustration.The correlation coefficient between the each item score and the total score was 0.291~0.688(P<0.01),and the difference between the high score group and the low score group in the critical ratio method was statistically significant(P<0.01).The S-CVI/Ave was 1.00;Factor analysis extracted 2common factors,and the cumulative contribution rate reached 62.615%.The retest reliability of the scale was 0.806,and the Cronbach′s acoefficient was 0.707.Conclusions:The Chinese version of NASA-TLX has good reliability and validity,and it could be used to evaluate the psychological workload of Chinese nurses.
